Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for tracking shipments for customers, pricing and quoting shipments, dispatching logistics service providers, and providing customers with a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track shipments for customers and ensure timely delivery
  • Pricing and quoting shipments to meet customer needs
  • Dispatch logistics service providers to ensure efficient delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Good judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
