Job Summary

Nutrition'ally' organics & wellness market ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's overall vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our target market and customer needs.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our sales efforts.
  5. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  2. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
