Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager XM Lead to join our Consumer Electronics team at Acosta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of national events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

  • Manage event timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and bring event experiences to life.

  • Liaise with production and build teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet client needs.

  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to improve and grow the business.

  • Identify and maintain operational best practices to ensure efficient event management.

  • Lead and develop a high-performance field team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet client demands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in event management, project management, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a focus on attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Creativity and an eye for design to bring event experiences to life.

  • Agency experience and knowledge of the experiential industry are assets.

  • Google Analytics experience and strong business acumen are considered assets.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and utilize problem-solving techniques to find solutions.

  • Strong client service orientation and ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital work environment.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight travel and evenings and weekends.
