We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement projects across our end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and engagement.
- Process Mapping and Analysis: Develop and maintain process maps, conduct root cause analyses, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Standardization and Implementation: Drive standardization of core warehouse and production processes, and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a champion of site operations, working closely with stakeholders to communicate complex processes and drive change.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage large internal datasets to drive decisions, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects to deliver improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
- Communication and Change Management: Develop and deliver communication and change management plans to relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and sustainment.
- Documentation and Visual Management: Create standard operating procedures, documentation, and visual management tools to support process improvements.
- Project Tracking and Reporting: Track and communicate project progress in the OpEx Roadmap.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with OH&S acts and regulations, and report workplace hazards and dangers to the supervisor or employer.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in operations management or a related field.
- Skills: Natural curiosity to understand how different systems/processes work, proactive and ambitious mindset, charismatic attitude to getting buy-in on ideas, quantitative and analytical experience, and willingness to travel within Canada up to 25% of working time.
- Desirable Skills: Root Cause Analysis tools, Lean/Business Process Mapping, basic coding and/or data visualization.
