Affinity is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management Lead to spearhead the formulation of a comprehensive OCM strategy for our healthcare client. This role is crucial in guiding individuals and teams through the necessary adjustments for the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate initiatives that help organizations design and articulate the operational structures, governance frameworks, and administrative processes essential for leveraging new patient cost data and achieving project objectives.
- Perform stakeholder assessments to pinpoint individuals and groups most affected by the changes, as well as those who can significantly influence project success.
- Formulate and oversee the deployment of OCM strategies, track progress against established goals, and suggest corrective measures when needed.
- Evaluate the impact of roles/jobs and the organization, identifying strategies to mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
- Drive the creation of strategies that enable individuals and groups to comprehend and embrace the changes necessary for project success, particularly focusing on physicians and the clinical community.
- Design a detailed and actionable organizational change management plan, which includes a communication strategy, sponsor roadmap, coaching and training initiatives, resistance management tactics, and a transition plan for operations and post-project support.
- Ensure a unified approach across all change management activities.
- Conduct readiness evaluations, analyze outcomes, and present findings clearly and logically as required.
- Collaborate with project managers to incorporate change management activities into the overall project work plan and oversee execution and delivery.
- Influence and direct OCM initiatives at the senior leadership level.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Leadership, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on change management, with proven success in navigating and managing change within a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Possession of a recognized certification in organizational change management, such as CCMP or an equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks, including Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's 8 Steps, or similar methodologies.
- Experience in the Canadian healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Background in business analysis is beneficial.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences across various platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
