Affinity is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management Lead to spearhead the formulation of a comprehensive OCM strategy for our healthcare client. This role is crucial in guiding individuals and teams through the necessary adjustments for the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate and coordinate initiatives that help organizations design and articulate the operational structures, governance frameworks, and administrative processes essential for leveraging new patient cost data and achieving project objectives.
  2. Perform stakeholder assessments to pinpoint individuals and groups most affected by the changes, as well as those who can significantly influence project success.
  3. Formulate and oversee the deployment of OCM strategies, track progress against established goals, and suggest corrective measures when needed.
  4. Evaluate the impact of roles/jobs and the organization, identifying strategies to mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
  5. Drive the creation of strategies that enable individuals and groups to comprehend and embrace the changes necessary for project success, particularly focusing on physicians and the clinical community.
  6. Design a detailed and actionable organizational change management plan, which includes a communication strategy, sponsor roadmap, coaching and training initiatives, resistance management tactics, and a transition plan for operations and post-project support.
  7. Ensure a unified approach across all change management activities.
  8. Conduct readiness evaluations, analyze outcomes, and present findings clearly and logically as required.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to incorporate change management activities into the overall project work plan and oversee execution and delivery.
  10. Influence and direct OCM initiatives at the senior leadership level.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Leadership, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on change management, with proven success in navigating and managing change within a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment.
  3. Possession of a recognized certification in organizational change management, such as CCMP or an equivalent qualification.
  4. Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks, including Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's 8 Steps, or similar methodologies.
  5. Experience in the Canadian healthcare sector is advantageous.
  6. Background in business analysis is beneficial.
  7. Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences across various platforms.
  8. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Excellent relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
