Key Responsibilities- Plant Production: Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant growth, quality, and yield.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of plant stock, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our plants meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nursery or greenhouse environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
