Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TRI-GEN GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and daily operations, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team and ensure seamless communication
  • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
