Job Summary

RPS Hawk Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm staff, including animal care, maintenance, and harvesting.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock, including detecting disease and health problems.
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment, including automobiles, vans, and light trucks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and logs of farm activities, including production, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a physically demanding environment.
Working Conditions

The Farm Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a physically demanding environment. The supervisor will be required to work in a dusty and odorous environment, with exposure to livestock and poultry.
