Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kelly O'Bryan's Neighbourhood Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise food and beverage servers to ensure excellent customer service and quality of food and beverages.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
