Job Title: Leisure Travel Advisor

Direct Travel is seeking a skilled Leisure Travel Advisor to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Vision Travel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional leisure travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through personalized service and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Sell Vision Travel's strategic supplier products and services to clients.
  • Plan and book customized itineraries, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Provide expert travel advice and solutions to client-related problems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of travel agency experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a favorable company image when interacting with external sources.
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development.
  • Demonstrated personal and organizational integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
