Job Title: Reach & Order Picker Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reach & Order Picker Operator to join our dynamic team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks and order pickers to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate reach trucks and order pickers to pick and pack orders
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory using an RF Scanner
  • Collaborate with the warehouse management team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maximize quality and production efficiencies, working to customer specification with accuracy
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience with reach truck and order picker experience
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, able to be on your feet
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with a keen ability and interest to pick up new things, open to mentorship and direction from the experienced Team Leads
