Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
