Store Manager

Nan's Country Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credit policies.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
