Store Manager

Nan's Country Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
