About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen at Season of Tuxedo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen and food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 16-20 individuals in various areas of the kitchen and food service.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of various culinary genres and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly and delivery of food to ensure timely and accurate service.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP education level.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation necessary.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate required.
Work Environment
