Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor at Shinobi Sushi plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our food service team. This position requires a strong leader who can ensure that our culinary standards are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the kitchen team.
