Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records regarding inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the kitchen team.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
