About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Record Keeper to join our team at 12374145 CANADA INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and prepare other financial reports as required.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Basic security clearance, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
