Brandt is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Regina. This position will focus on payroll administration across Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle payroll administration for salaried or hourly employees in various jurisdictions
  • Ensure compliance with Brandt's policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with managers and employees on a regular basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems

Required Skills:

  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UKG payroll software
  • Minimum two years of full cycle payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Canadian and American labor standards
