Payroll Coordinator

Brandt is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Regina. This position will focus on payroll administration across Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle payroll administration for salaried or hourly employees in various jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with Brandt's policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with managers and employees on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files
- Manage employee data in HRIS systems
Required Skills:
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG payroll software
- Minimum two years of full cycle payroll experience
- Knowledge of Canadian and American labor standards
