About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Combustion Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments, including production, warehouse, and transportation teams, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on supply chain performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
