About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Pandher Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion, identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and present reports, research papers, and other materials to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of business results and insights.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.

Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities
