Job Summary

The Hospitality Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, including budgeting, financial management, and weekly analysis. This role also involves implementing and maintaining retail and marketing programs, catering services, and branded concepts.

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education and at least 5 years of experience in foodservice or related management, with a strong background in labour relations and financial management. They will also have experience working with branded concepts and hosting large events.

The Hospitality Director will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. They will also be responsible for menu planning and merchandising, as well as ensuring compliance with quality assurance, health, and safety programs.
