Job Title: Certified Benchperson

We are seeking a skilled Certified Benchperson to join our team at Tolko Industries. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining our round and band saws, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless production.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on round and band saws
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to optimize equipment performance
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve production goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid Interprovincial ticket
  • Previous circular saw filing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
  • Ability to follow work processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
