Certified Woodworker

We are seeking a skilled Certified Benchperson to join our team at Tolko Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a set of tradespeople and other team members to carry out maintenance on round and band saws and troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively across your team and with other departments.
• Use your problem-solving skills to support troubleshooting and to look for and propose new ideas to streamline processes and fine-tune equipment.
• Use your knowledge and skills to recognize opportunities for improvement and cost-savings.
• Lead with your unwavering commitment to safety to keep yourself, our operators and other employees safe.
• Use your organization and planning skills to keep on top of your work.
