Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at our Thornhill clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and sales support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional client-facing and front-desk services, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments, maintaining client files, and ordering supplies.
  • Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions to increase sales and foster loyalty to our services and products.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including attending community-based events and networking with other healthcare providers.
  • Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
  • Experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingualism in a second language would be considered a definite asset.
  • An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred as the role will involve some work-related local travel to events/marketing engagements.
