About the Job: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our team at PASQUALE LONGO. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with Daily Living Activities: You will assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as with feeding and meal preparation.
  • Providing Companionship: You will engage clients in activities that promote socialization and companionship, such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Assisting with Household Chores: You will help clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
  • Providing Emotional Support: You will provide emotional support and comfort to clients, helping them to manage stress and anxiety.

Requirements:

  • Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: You must have at least 1 year of experience in a care-giving role.
  • Certifications: You must hold a valid CPR and First Aid certificate.

Work Environment:

  • Work Setting: You will work in clients' homes.
  • Work Site Environment: You will work in a non-smoking environment.
