Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality home health care to our clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care and support to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on health-related topics

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
