We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in a variety of long-term and acute care facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Ability to work with patients with infectious diseases.
  • BLS Certificate.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR.
  • Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV) and negative TB skin test within one year, as well as Hepatitis B.
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shift times, including eight or twelve hours in length.
  • Ability to 'float' from unit to unit within a hospital, depending on facility need.
  • Ability to be reliable and available to work at an agreed-upon facility/unit.
