Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Prepare marketing plans
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • or equivalent experience
Work Setting:
  • Hotel, motel, resort
