Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Accommodation Services Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, negotiating with suppliers, conducting training sessions, negotiating with clients, preparing budgets, and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Work Environment:

The Accommodation Services Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and may require overtime.

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
