Residential Property Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Accountant to join our team at AppleOne. Our client, a large Vancouver-based real estate company, requires a permanent full-time accountant to manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.

The successful candidate will report to the Property Accounting Manager and be responsible for:

  • Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential rental properties
  • Preparing monthly financials, working papers, and cash flow statements
  • Preparing quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous accounting experience within the property management sector
  • Residential Rental Property Accounting experience will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience with large accounting systems and MS Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our client's business.

Location:

Downtown Vancouver, in-office

Salary:

$80,000 - $90,000 + Benefits + Bonus
