Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Castlebrook Security Services Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other reports as required, to management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing training and guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and reliable.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
