To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in Bodily Injury claims, a background in Commercial General Liability and Personal Liability, and strong skills in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. You will also need to have a deep understanding of medical terminology and trauma recovery, as well as exceptional negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

* Manage a portfolio of casualty claims and ensure timely resolution

* Deep understanding of medical terminology and trauma recovery
* Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities
* Post-secondary education or working towards CIP/FCIP designation is an asset
