Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Sales and Customer Service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
