About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect - CRM to join our team at Bevertec. As a key member of our technology architecture team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement CRM Solutions: Develop and implement large-scale CRM systems that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and understanding of system interactions and component integration.
  • Lead Technical Architecture: Lead the development and implementation of CRM solution architectures, with extensive knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, database technologies, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with existing systems and technologies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Trends: Stay current with emerging IT trends and directions, ensuring solutions remain forward-thinking and relevant.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures, including the decomposition of monolithic applications, service orchestration, and integration with legacy on-premise systems.
  • Cloud Experience: Strong understanding of modern cloud-based integrations, including private, sensitive data with on-premise legacy solutions.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop comprehensive enterprise architectural deliverables.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop both short-term and long-term plans for the transformation of architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Azure Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services, including designing, deploying, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure and identity models like Azure Active Directory (B2C, B2B).
  • Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles to ensure solutions comply with OPS regulations, including identity management, data encryption, and threat mitigation strategies.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams, leveraging tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
