Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day support for Real Estate and Real Asset products, including Yardi and other applications. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and define/implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business solutions and support for Real Estate and Real Asset products
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and define/implement solutions
  • Manage and develop the Real Estate help desk function
  • Support the business development and Client Integration teams
  • Stay current with new technologies and tools

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role with experience supporting Yardi or working as a Yardi super user
  • Strong background in Fund or Investor Administration, with an understanding of Real Estate and Real Asset fund structures, accounting, fee calculations, economics, processes, and life cycles
  • Good technical skills in Excel, SQL, or Yardi
  • Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently
