We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our association in achieving its mission and goals.
About the RoleThe Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the association, including developing and implementing policies, programs, and services that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve the association's mission and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure effective delivery of services and programs.
- Represent the association in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, donors, and partners.
- Manage the association's budget and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or association setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
