About the Role and the Partnerships Team

As a Partnerships Manager, you will join an ambitious team dedicated to developing and nurturing our partner ecosystem. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with partners in your region to drive Teamtailor's global revenue growth.

Canada is a key market for our expansion efforts. While we have established a local team, we recognize that we have only begun to tap into the market's potential. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to enhance our local operations. You will manage existing partnerships while also seeking out new, high-potential partners. Your primary goal will be to create a robust partner portfolio and elevate partnerships in Canada to new heights. Regardless of the partner type, you will focus on consistently generating new partner-sourced opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.

You will be part of the Partnerships Team, which currently consists of 8 members (soon to grow to 13) globally. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Partnerships and the rest of the team, as well as the regional team in North America.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and maintaining a strong portfolio of revenue-generating partners.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win scenarios.
  • Leading strategic initiatives to accelerate growth through partnerships in your region.
  • Driving revenue growth through partnerships in Canada.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and act on partner needs and growth opportunities.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our services.
  • Executing partner marketing activities within your region.
