About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Go Lime Inc. as a key member of our sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Work closely with our marketing department to understand and effectively communicate marketing messages to our field sales teams.

Establish Sales Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Lead Sales Teams

Lead and manage our sales teams in building strong relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Organize Sales Operations

Oversee the planning, direction, and evaluation of sales departments across various commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.

Recruit and Manage Staff

Recruit, organize, train, and manage a high-performing sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP degree is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field is necessary.

Personal Suitability

Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, and strong leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
