Retail Store Manager

Shoppers Drug Mart 165 is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Your expertise in inventory management, staff supervision, and conflict resolution will be invaluable in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. If you have a passion for retail and a proven track record of success in a supervisory role, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
