Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment:

Our store is located in a busy retail area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
