Job Description

**About the Role**

Pesce & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team and drive the strategic direction of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful implementation of our organizational strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Governance: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including the management of staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community leaders.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare organization.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of organizational management, leadership, and governance principles. Familiarity with healthcare and non-profit sectors, including funding models and regulatory requirements.
