Job Summary

We are seeking a Surface Land Administrator to join our team. This individual will need to have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will participate in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process and will need to integrate with a dedicated and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation.
  • Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team.
  • Handle third-party applications related to surface land and right of way.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
  • Maintain and update processes related to surface land management.

Requirements
  • Surface land experience is preferred; however, we are willing to integrate and train the right candidate.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and focused with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Effective problem-solving capability with a strong focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients.
