Profession: Surface Land/Right-of-Way Land Administrator (Grande Prairie, AB)
Our team is seeking a Surface Land Administrator to join our team. This individual will need to have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will participate in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process and will need to integrate with a dedicated and energetic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation.
- Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team.
- Handle third-party applications related to surface land and right of way.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
- Maintain and update processes related to surface land management.

What we require:
- Surface land experience is preferred; however, we are willing to integrate and train the right candidate.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and focused with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
- Effective problem-solving capability with a strong focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions.

What will set you apart:
- 1 to 3 years Land administration or related experience across a variety of energy sectors.
- Surface land experience in multiple provinces.
- Experience in various land and right of way databases and project management systems.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta.
