Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mitigation Manager to join our team. As a Mitigation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating teams effectively and ensuring that jobs are performed profitably. You will be the first point of contact for customers after a disaster has struck their property, and you will be responsible for directing mitigation crews to restore the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate teams effectively to ensure timely and profitable completion of jobs
  • Direct mitigation crews to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in their time of need
  • Practice continuous improvement to enhance team performance and efficiency
