We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at TBD Architecture + Urban Planning. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing building plans, managing construction projects, and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop building plans and detailed drawings to meet client requirements
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on architectural design and construction
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional certification in Architecture (e.g. LEED AP)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
