Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate projects at Sultan Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will supervise workers and projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
