About the Role

Ajoc International Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Prepare and process documents, reports, and other materials
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors
    • Prepare and send correspondence, emails, and other communications
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other office software
Working Conditions
