We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Liaison to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project requirements, reports, and client requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients on sampling projects, staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team on sales strategies and client account management, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to clients and management.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or college diploma in Sciences.
- Experience: 3-5 years' industry experience, with previous experience in project management or laboratory operations.
- Skills: Basic chemistry knowledge, good understanding of regulations and guidelines, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and time-management skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
