OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online orders to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and quality in mind to meet customer expectations.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring accurate product selection, quantity, and labeling.
- Verify the quality of products picked, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
- Document and label orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
