Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in various locations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
- Hoisting and Rigging Training
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. They will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
